HCYP & Farmer's Bank & Trust present our 2018 Professional Development Seminar - 'The Chick-Fil-A Experience: A Lesson in Customer Service' on August 28, 2018 at the Steve Beshear Center for Postsecondary Education (2000 College Dr Madisonville, KY 42431). 

Our 2017 seminar, Learning to Lead, focused on leadership in the workplace and after much research, we found that customer service was the next needed focus. Who better to learn about customer service than the US leader in customer satisfaction?!


Join us as we welcome Hopkinsville Chick-Fil-A owner, Laurie Harris, to Madisonville so that our community can learn how to improve customer service within their own organizations! Laurie's program will be highly interactive and will spill some of Chick-Fil-A's most coveted customer service secrets! 


Participants will receive lunch, a training certificate, a complimentary photo with the Chick-Fil-A cow, and a second-to-none training in customer service.
